Marrakech is a very fun and easy abstract game. Both players move Ahmed around the board and have to place their carpets trying to occupy the most space. Players also have to pay fees whenever they finish Ahmed's movement on a sector controlled by an opponent. . Materials are very nice to see and touch, mechanics are definitely straightforward and easy to learn. Un astratto estremamente particolare, Marrakech fa confrontare dai due ai quattro giocatori in un "mercato di tappeti". . I materiali del gioco sono splendidi (i giocatori hanno reali tappeti in miniatura da disporre sulla plancia) ed aumentano l'immersione. . L'unico elemento negativo del gioco è la presenza di una componente aleatoria forte (ogni turno i giocatori si muovono usando un dado) che può fare storcere il naso agli astrattisti più fanatici. .
