Aim of the game is to collect resources and then spend them to purchase cards to improve production or earn VP.

The best aspect of this boardgame is that it is very easy to explain, it's a good gateway game.

Unfortunately, apart from the art of the game (but that's a matter of personal taste) the major drawback of this game is that it doesn't have a great longevity.

Once you've played it a few times it feels like the same play, over and over again.

Century è un ottimo titolo gateway di carte. I giocatori acquisiscono risorse e le spendono per punti vittoria o carte per potenziare la propria mano e creare un engine sempre più performante.

Il titolo è di una rapidità disarmante, ogni turno dura seriamente pochi secondi ed una partita al massimo mezz'ora.

È un'ottima alternativa a Splendor o titoli simili. L'unica pecca mostruosa è che è sovraprodotto. Il gioco potrebbe tranquillamente essere venduto in una piccola scatola portatile.

La scelta di fare carte enormi, monete di metallo, coppette per le risorse, fa salire notevolmente il prezzo rendendo il gioco completamente fuori target.
